Abso-freaking-lutely. As someone who has been to various parks around the US they are the highlights of my life. The most breathtaking things I’ve seen. I daydream of them. Many are backgrounds on my computer so I see them and smile while doing chemistry homework. Yes yes yes

Yes… if you can get to one. In the classic Sci-Fi novel A Brave New World, the population was divided into 5 classes. Only the top 2 classes had the privilege to enjoy nature. Look around, only the wealthy and upper middle class can afford such trips.

They do. First blue light improves mental health, so by spending time in it, you help with that (it’s why seasonal depression exists) second, it’s a boost to nature pride and preservationto see the beauty of nature (America has the most diverse biomes on earth), you also get time with friends, family, dates, that bond together and give strong memories which also have a cascading mental health effect, there’s also religious aspects as many different religions have beliefs tied to certain parks,

Inherently? No. By visiting them? Potentially. They are worth keeping around, if that’s what you mean. But they don’t benefit everyone or even everyone who visits them in the same ways.

I think so and some parks are great, especially spending time in nature. Some also have energy vortexes like Joshua Tree and if you believe in that kind of thing, it makes the experience more mystical. I like it.
