How do you work through burnout when you're in classes every day, the workload feels alot , and you're already struggling with things going on in your personal life?

Honestly that’s how im feeling too and the coping is getting ridiculous i feel like im going kinda crazy from the guilt of lacking locking in at school 🤷‍♀️✌️

Take one day at a time :) Don’t think of everything all at once. Focus on the present and what you’re doing in that exact moment. Always find that time and space for you as well to relax. Sometimes it helps when you organize things out like plans, dates, or certain events or things you say. Just take baby steps to each approach.
