
120lb is THIN. if you are above 5'1" 120 is morbidly skinny. How "fat" you look is not just about your weight but your height comparatively to your weight. Im F 5'1" and 140lbs and do strength training. i am perfectly healthy. There are women my height healthy at 120, but if youre tall then id reccomend you dont lose any more weight because it can be dangerous
caloric deficit. fat is generally lost all over and you can't target certain areas. ofc, genes make an impact. exercise, even if it's just a 30 min walk. allow yourself grace and breaks. 120 lbs is pretty light and you're beautiful regardless. don't focus too much on the number but abt how you feel. 🤍
So, restricting your eating is actually goi g to make this worse. Best thing to do is to focus on maintain a well balanced diet and always eating at least two meals a day. In addition to this, you should get 8 hours of sleep every night ( go to bed and wake at the same times). Consume about 2 liters of water a day (not all at once but throughout). Where you will see the most change is in exercise at least 3 times a week.
Building muscle is gonna help you out a ton if you think you’re still “fat” at that light of a weight. So I wouldn’t lose any more weight and just focus on strength training close to failure and eating enough protein roughly 0.6 per pound on the lower end and 0.8 per pound on the higher end, so 72 to 96 grams
