as an overweight girl, how do i start working out when i’m extremely inactive and really really hate the idea of working out? i’m too insecure to go to the gym, but i want to start working on my stamina. i just hate working out so much.

Walk! Dance! Light Jogs! Just get moving in any way you can and try to do it often. Doesn’t have to be anything crazy for now. Getting yourself in a routine and doing anything consistently will be super helpful!

Walking. Jog in place. Do little exercises. Park farther back when you go to the store. Every little bit of movement is movement and it adds up. Its hard to get into it but little lifestyle changes go a long way. Also almost every gym has a great community. I get the feeling but you will be fine at the gym. Depending on your end goals, what you want to do will be different. Just lose fat, you’ll want weight lifting, cardio, little diet changes. Just better cardio, just move more.

I feel exactly the same so I go for walks in remote areas that nobody will see me at or at night. I listen to music and enjoy a long walk.
