
Walking. Jog in place. Do little exercises. Park farther back when you go to the store. Every little bit of movement is movement and it adds up. Its hard to get into it but little lifestyle changes go a long way. Also almost every gym has a great community. I get the feeling but you will be fine at the gym. Depending on your end goals, what you want to do will be different. Just lose fat, you’ll want weight lifting, cardio, little diet changes. Just better cardio, just move more.
