I work at a pre school and a little girl has been being racist. I don’t know how to go about it since it’s clearly her mimicking what she’s seen and heard vs it being her own thoughts. Any advice?

Identify the belief that’s problematic, dont demonize it because its learned behavior. And respond with kindness and the idea that we’re all of equal importance
