Hey! I’m an alter in an OSDD system (like DID but without full amnesia). Ask me anything you’re curious about!

Hi, I’m another person with OSDD — What would you say the most challenging part is?

For us it’s probably the social aspect between switching. Like someone will be doing something with a friend but the person who switches in may hate it but have to fake enjoying it so we dont look insane. What would you consider the most challenging part? If you want to answer of course!

As I got older and I got more distanced from the most intense trauma, I experienced less defined identity distortions. In other words, I now always feel like myself but I have inexplicable different moods. It’s harder to keep track of, in my opinion. That’s the most “challenging” part.
