for me it’s all been about experimenting. for example i work in healthcare and wear scrubs with an adjustable waistband, i notice when i eat high protein that day i go the whole day feeling great and not bloated, but if i incorporate an energy drink i start to get bloated and my scrubs become uncomfortable
