I get this because of my dysautonomia. I can really only lessen it if: •I go to sleep early enough that I don't need an alarm and hopefully nothing else wakes me up. If I have to set an alarm it's a gentle noise. •No caffeine after 5pm & I noticed it doesn't happen as often now that I don't smoke/vape (🍃)

Just get up. Your stress hormones are the highest when you first wake up for some reason (for some people, idk I don’t know shit). But I lay in bed and dread getting up. But when I get up and move, it goes away.
