Internet culture can be in all age groups. The old who lived before the internet can pick up and learn habits from the internet culture and also be toxic. It is when people cling to their real culture who knows their neighbors and are nice people then yes they care. It is true that the old tend to be nicer but it isn’t linear and there are pockets of toxicity but it’s at a lesser rate.
