I think it all depends the reason you would want to transfer. I don’t know what your goal is and what are the pros and cons. Only you can decide that.

If you were an upperclassman, I would say ride it out. But you’re barely half way done (almost). If you are already considering transferring… you won’t make it the other half. Or you’ll be miserable for the entire time.
