I go through with chat gpt my resume, their job application and go through the responses id have for each question. Have the “tell me about yourself” short and sweet and memorized. Paraphrase everything else/get the gist of it. The best way is to do more and more interviews. I went through like a couple dozen before getting my job. I always had anxiety but it was far less than when I started. You also do better and better and the confidence builds naturally.
