is it normal to constantly have mucus in the back of your throat that you need to hack up and can feel when you swallow food/drink? i had sinus surgery a year ago and can breathe better but there’s still so much mucus idk if it’s normal for everyone

Yea. It’s normal. Your lungs produce it. But maybe not if it’s excessive mucus like when you’re sick.

ok so this is postnasal drip and i have it too, so annoying! some people have it chronically caused by allergies or they have a deviated septum. if you are concerned about it talk to a doctor or ent! hope this helps!

Might be related to your previous condition? Go ask a doctor.
