Because they’re stretching you out. Plus you gotta be sure they’re using the right sized one for you. I’m sure you already know there is no one size fits all

Because your gyno is not good. It shouldn’t hurt, but it could be uncomfortable. (Unless you have certain medical conditions that cause pelvic tightness etc)
