When I was going through this something that really helped was going to stores and just walking around like Walmart or Costco it helps just simply being around people even if you don’t interact you can make it a habit of going out everyday to even just get a drink/soda/coffee

Get a therapist if you are really stuck

Definitely get some social interaction in when you can, try to journal, a dance party if you’re feeling up to it, basically anything that gets me back into my body and feeling like I can accomplish things again
