I’ve tried so many different diets and workout plans and I can’t lose weight. I don’t eat a lot, try to eat super clean, and have been running every day and still nothing so pls give me tips of what worked for you even if it’s crazy🙏

Track your calories for a week or two, just to see how much you’re eating now. Make adjustments from there to help maintain a deficit. Running really isn’t all that great for weight loss, but if it gets you moving enjoy. If you’re maintains a healthy deficit and still not seeing results then it’s time to discuss with your doctor and look into any underlying health problems that could contribute you ineffective weight loss
