Addiction by definition is: "A habitual behavior that causes harm to the addicted individual or others" A habit is basically the same thing as addiction except without the "harm to yourself or others bit". So decide if your habit causes you or others harm. If it does then it is bad. If it's bad, try to stop. If you can't by yourself, try to get help
