Why do I keep having super realistic dreams where it’s sometimes hard to tell them apart from reality? It’s been like 2 weeks of this

Psychosis, stress, some sort of mental disorder. Personally, my dreams are so real that I naturally have some dreams that just are my reality if that makes sense.

Depends on the circumstances in your life, many things can affect your dreams. You can have more vivid dreams just from being deeper asleep, before you go to bed think about lucid dreaming and occasionally think if you are awake or not and you’ll lucid dream

Gotcha, it’s probably stress then unless you’re going on alcohol benders and/or drinking a lot when you do. But it doesn’t seem like it with you so unless you’re also on any type of medical prescription, it’s gotta be stress. I will say that if it gets more serious or intense or persists for an extended period of time, you should seriously see a doctor as I know someone who had intense dreams that became nightmares and they were diagnosed with a brain disorder.

It’s like a cocktail at a dinner, I haven’t drank like that for a few years

Okay, so more than likely stress/chronic stress. Like I said, if it persists, you should absolutely see a doctor as that would be considered a symptom of something like it was for my friend but hopefully it’s just stress
