I’d say most of my conversations are kind of business casual though , like I mean business but also have a sparkle in my eye and a youthful charm

If I’m talking to my friends I don’t care really what slang they use. lol 😂. I only write correctly when talking to college teachers, coworkers, boss,etc

Honestly I just kind of follow whatever the other person uses, some of my friends use U but others spell it out every time
