I honestly don’t think there’s a sign out there that you did get the job without an offer already being made. I’ve had interviews where I swore I had the job. I had passed 5 rounds, met the team, shook hands with everyone, had a great interview, laughed it up, got along with everyone, interview went over because we got into conversation, was a genuine bye when it was over. I thought I had it in the bag. A week later sorry but we decided to go for the other candidate.

I agree with what #1 said, unfortunately in this market it’s a little unpredictable. I will say a few red flags are if the interview is shorter than expected and they continue to mention that they have other candidates to interview. Then again, I wouldn’t overthink it cause it’ll drive you crazy. Whatever is meant for you will be yours! Good luck 😊
