You might have psoriasis specifically scalp. I recommend nizapro or however you spell it. It’s like 20 smtg a bottle but works so well

Couldn’t tell you the name but I got some with coal tar that works good. My hair smells like an autobody shop but I like it

head & shoulders does not work. a medicated shampoo is your best bet.

I would never admit to anyone I have dandruff. Even if I thought the app was anonymous. There's literally commercials for Head and Shoulders for dandruff. Have you even tried that first?

I would try head and shoulders first like the weirdo above mentioned. If not, there is some medicated dandruff relief shampoo at Walmart. You could also talk to your dermatologist about it.

If that's the case I would have dandruff right now. I don't. And this is why you don't ask people for help on the internet. Dandruff isn't normal. You have to treat your scalp to where it starts operating like a normal one
