For girls who have used a menstrual reusable disc, how easy is it to use? And if you had to compare to tampons what are pros and cons? I’ve heard you will tend to not get cramps with a disc compared to tampons and is it true

so i actually don’t like using discs i find they don’t work for me, so i like using cups instead! i haven’t had an issue like #1, it works perfectly for me and its super convenient, it can stay in for up to 8-12 hours

I never used the discs but I used the cups and it would make my cysts rupture more and I had a uterine prolapse but I have EDS so that might be the issue

Are they easy to insert or is it like painful?

it doesn’t hurt! you just have to fold it a certain way to insert, but you do have to be comfortable/know how your body works if that makes sense. if it’s in correct, you don’t feel it
