My girlfriend is really concerned about her weight, saying she looks at pictures and can only remember what she ate that day and she hates winter because she feels like she doesn’t get out enough and puts on too much weight. how can i help her?

Reassure her that you love her as she is and maybe try encouraging shared healthy habits to put her mind at ease (eg cook healthy meals, go for walks together, go to the gym or workout classes or find activities to do as an excuse to get up and about out of the house)
