Yes, you should tell her. she's a grown woman and can make her own decisions but it's also perfectly reasonable that you'd give your opinion as a sibling

Give your opinion. Worst case, she blows off your concerns and goes ahead with it anyway. Best case, she’s been waiting for someone to bring it up
