This made me curious so I actually looked into it a bit. 'Nuts' has been slang for testicles for at least a hundred years, "bust a nut" as slang for orgasm started around WWII or a bit afterwards, "nutted" as slang for orgasm was 1990, and "nut" as slang for semen itself was not long after that, sometime in the mid to late 90s.

Because of the balls, they somewhat look like nuts which people would refer to men’s balls as so bust a nut or nut came to be 🤷🏻‍♀️
