if i buy a treadmill, some dumbbells, and a resistance band... would that be good enough to see some progress working out at home? or do i rlly need to go the gym?

Yeah I got visibly more fit just from basic bodyweight exercises. If the equipment helps you, all the better, but you don't need to drop a grand to build some muscle

I wouldn't buy any of that at full price. Most people aren't determined enough to actually work out at home
