When you wash your hands, use your nails to get under each other and kind of scrape the dirt out. Either that, or keep your nails short.

I’m glad you asked this I always feel gross because mine get grimy so fast and I worry people think I’m unhygienic. Other than blue collar workers I never see people have nails that aren’t just white, I felt crazy.
