
I’d like to say it gets better. It did for me, but I think I also just got lucky. I can’t know what kind of situation you’re in right now, but I do know this: Regardless of whether or not it gets better, you MUST persist. The only way for there to be a chance of things getting better is if you stay around long enough to let it happen.
I agree with this. It depends a lot on your mindset and improving what you can as much as you can handle. Feeling sadness is normal but you have to make sure not to get stuck in the rut where you stop believing things will get better. Try to do small things for yourself where you can. Focus on what you like about your life. Try new things but don’t set high expectations because then it hurts more if it doesn’t work out the first time.
