I’ve been doing long distance for 2 years and it’s going great! You have to trust each other 100% it won’t work if you don’t. Allow each other to grow as individuals and still be able tjj in grow together. It’s a learning experience and hard at first but it will work out if you want it to!

Take a break. if you’re under 25 you’re too young to stress about something like that, if that person is meant for you: you will find them again later in life

It’s rough but FaceTime calls at night help a lot. Especially “sleepovers” we do where we leave the call on all night and wake up to each other

it’ll be hard, especially if you have to spend a lot of time apart at once, but constantly staying in contact and creating habits like that can help sooooo much when it comes to missing each other/feeling alone.

Thank YOU, someone who actually has hope and experience, I feel like most people just give up. There’s so much uncertainty in it that it’s easy to just quit.

oh yeah there’s tons of people who don’t think it’s worth it, but for the right person it definitely is!!! one of the most important parts is putting in enough effort to where you both feel appreciated. like i said, it will definitely be difficult at times, but with the right person it’s easier than a lot of people think!

Yes. Thank you for giving me hope! It definitely gets super uncertain, especially when distance is involved and you never know if they might bump into someone new. But I’m working through just trusting that they will choose me!

i’m sure they’ll choose you, if they have half a brain. relationships are always difficult, but that’s no reason to give up hope! i hope everything works out for you!
