After a year of not being able to eat breakfast, lunch and barely supper because of little to no appetite, I’m FINALLY eating:D I just hope I don’t keep losing wanted weight though:( What else can I make with a rice cooker?

I made a Hawaiian rice bowl; cooked peppers and zucchini, had rice cooked, fried spam and pineapple. It was delish. Chili! It won’t be the slow cooked stuff but it’ll work. You can always prep and freeze parts in gallon/quart freezer bags. Split cans of beans and veggies in half, freeze the leftovers in a bag for the next batch. Take a look at the pasta and rice sides at the grocery store and see which ones you think you want to make homemade and do it- always much better homemade.

That’s great! You can make a bunch with just using rice as a main ingredient

Sponge cake can be made in a rice cooker. Rice porridge can be made in there too. Lots of Asian stuff

I’m in the same boat I went from 120 to 108 in a few months but this week I’ve managed to fix it, and I’ve had such a huge appetite. I’m taking pictures of my food, putting the rio de janerio filter on it, and adding funny songs to send to my friends and it adds to the motivation

I’m not the biggest fan of stew personally (soup is better) but oatmeal is okay. I do prefer sweet rice>oatmeal

Yes- mine came with an insert to make them. Hard boiled eggs peel much better when steamed imo

You can also steam buns and dumplings using a rice cooker, it takes a bit of practice but will work. Frozen bao or whatever you want from the market works :))

You can also get frozen bags of pre chopped veggies to incorporate vitamins and such, and you don’t have to use it all at once :)) you’ve got this broski!
