15lbs in three weeks is a lot. For health standards you should only lose 1 to 3lbs a week. That can be mostly diet and making sure you’re hitting 10k steps a day. If you’re already doing that then knocking your cardio up.

Fast from dinner until breakfast (should be 14-16 hours to start ketosis or breakdown of fat cells). Do cardio regularly (walk/run). Maintain a calorie deficit. Drink plenty of water.
