15lbs in three weeks is a lot. For health standards you should only lose 1 to 3lbs a week. That can be mostly diet and making sure you’re hitting 10k steps a day. If you’re already doing that then knocking your cardio up.

Depending on your starting weight it’s possible. Drink a gallon of water a day (gets rid of water weight plus your stomach is too full to eat=weight loss) Intense cardio (weight loss) Lymphatic drainage massages at home (get rid of excess fluid)

Carnivore diet, you will most likely lose 10 is lbs of water weight in the first two weeks, plus the fat loss from your body breaking down the protein

Fast from dinner until breakfast (should be 14-16 hours to start ketosis or breakdown of fat cells). Do cardio regularly (walk/run). Maintain a calorie deficit. Drink plenty of water.
