it’s because your hormones shift so dramatically leading up to your period, it’s normal 🙂↕️

um so yes but also! wdym by unbearable? u should NOT become suicidal monthly, pls talk to ur obgyn/pcp !!!!!!! endo can have this impact and MUCH worse (if thats possible!) and theres not much treatment that exists but it does exist
