Many of us duel every day. I work as a defense attorney for legal battles that ensue as a result of failed mergers and acquisitions. I think you mean fight with fists though. That happens daily in less developed economies/societies. Move to Rep. of Congo
I believe two consenting adults should have the legal right to challenge each other to a duel, if they are so inclined, with no legal consequences for the winner.

Conflict will always exist but battles will just happen at different levels of abstraction. The relative power of those fighting is usually represented well by the abstraction level at which they are doing combat. For example: physical fights happen more often among low-power individuals. Direct verbal assaults once people get a bit smarter/powerful, and eventually the fighting is so indirect it appears imperceptible. If you want to fight with your fists recreationally you can join a gym.
