ok i got my wisdom teeth out 5 days ago and im still in so much pain and my right side is so swollen. like this is just shooting pain up my right side, and the inside is also irritated and stings. do we think its dry socket

i was doing salt water rinse i also didn’t get a syringe im going tm so i can ask for one
