If it makes you feel better this is the first time I’ve heard someone call a mental facility peaceful. Majority are not and feel more like prisons

i mean yeah it can feel like prison at times. windows that don’t open, non lockable bathroom doors, outside time in a fenced in area, scheduled meal times. but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t peaceful. i mean it was scary af at the time but i still find myself missing it every once in a while
