As weird as it is start trying to write in journal. Set yourself a schedule, rewards yourself for following the schedule. Try the annoying things like yoga from YouTube, meditation, coloring times to relax, etc. sometimes these thing help a little. A little is a lot better than non

some of the youtube guided meditations I've done ended up being almost exactly the same as my therapist did for my ptsd treatment
