Sushi rice with tuna and nori. Except I previously had some of the ingredients but they last long. Rice is cheap. Rice wine vinegar is cheap. Mayo is a typical household item. Tuna is cheap. Nori is cheap

Chicken, rice and cheese then put it in the oven. If u get a rotisserie for like 5-6$ plus rice 2-3$ maybe even cheaper but I’m picky about rice. It’s cheaper to grate your own cheese but even then a bags like 1.97-2.97$ depending if you shop smart. Then you could add broccoli for 98 cents then boom an entire lasagna pan for less than 13$

Sour dough bread ( or any bread) and tomatoes + mozzarella cheese You can use bay tomatoes if u want just toast the bread, add slices of tomatoes and mineral cheese pilled high, season w seasoning salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Then put it in the oven or air fryer until the cheese looks golden

Sack of potatoes, 2 veggies, 2 fruit, chopped up, bagged up…eggs, oatmeal, rice noodles(soup), rice makes a ton of different stuff and you can add any type of meat.

Well a bag of rice is like $3 and if you’re willing to soak the beans that’s about $3. Tortillas are about $5. Can last a week
