long covid I didn't have full taste or smell for almost 3 years. I was almost completely housebound for 3 years, missing out on life and my friends ditched me to livs in the delusion that covid is over and they have no responsibility to not be plague rats. I developed a heart condition and seizures. I couldn't pursue education or hobbies or independence like a young adult should. I hope you feel better soon.
