drink milk, get into a comfy position, close ur eyes and literally just count to the highest number you can

go to the bathroom and brush your teeth again then re fluff your pillow. sometimes too i try not to put pressure on myself to fall asleep. i just tell myself to lay and be still!

i had to buy extra strength melatonin and that seemed to do the trick lol, just take it at a decent time of night so you don’t sleep thru the day
