Ok so I definitely understand that AI is contributing to anti-intellectualism and is bad for the environment, but why are individual people shamed more for the environmental impacts than the corporations who created AI data centers?

because the individual people drive the demand for the product. it's not like gasoline where at the end of the day, you ultimately do have to drive places sometimes and there's not a lot you can do to shame people out of putting gas in their car. basically every single usage of AI is wasteful and nonessential.

accessibility. Several companies are under lawsuits including being accused of inducing psychosis in a 15 year old that ended in hia death, but lawsuits cost money. We call out the companies but their comment sections are turned off and protesting outside of them is a biohazard. The most accessible option is to take the complaints to the people driving the demand.
