Time. And forgetting about it. I don’t mean leaving it alone and not touching it because I touch my face a lot more now. But just learn to be not as bothered with it and it will go away. And yeah moisturise it after you wash

actually avoiding my allergies & food sensitivities. I'm allergic to sodium benzoate, potassium benzoate, benzoyl peroxide, basically all the benz- stuff. It was in my hand soap, my shampoo, my face wash, my laundry detergent, and it's naturally occurring so I was eating fruit that has it in it not knowing. That stopped most of it but it's basically gone now that I don't eat gluten

the first reaction I had was to numbing cream after I got oral surgery when I was 10 and the dentist said it was probably the benzocaine, then my throat started itching when I drank soda and noticed the preservative it used was a benzoate, then I had to start washing my face and the benzoyl peroxide soap hurt. There's never been a case where the allergy progressed into anaphylactic shock so it's not life threatening but it definitely gives me skin problems, stomach problems, and migraines.

I didn't have much of a guideline until I found https://sb-ag.org/ a couple years ago
