Long story short with that metaphor means is no matter what whether you’re a butcher or a bull fighter the act of killing the cow is committed. The difference is how the act is committed. The butcher for lack of better words is just quantity. They’re killing cow after cow after cow after cow getting as much as they can for each cow, there’s no love affection it’s business..nothing personal in and out.
The bull fighter however… is an acquired skill. They take their time seduce the bull, getting it worked up… there’s a dynamic, they need each other, there’s the element of uncertainty where one wrong move can end it all… in the end the bull is sacrificed…but not before it’s taken on a journey first
