im so tired of being fat. ppl will look me in my eye and tell me i look good or wtv but ik its a lie. can i get some motivation or a weight loss routine that worked for someone else. i feel like im always thinking abt this and its taken such a toll on me

Literally the only consistent way is a calorie deficit. Either eat less (or cut out liquid calories) or do cardio

take any time you have where you're sitting down, and replace that with walking, it can be walking in place or to or from anywhere (if you're like me and love watching youtube, run it on your phone at the same time); you can also pre-plan what you eat so then you're increasing control over how much in calories you're taking in to your system

High protein, high fiber should keep you full! Track calories at first but don’t get obsessive. Not eating out as much helps a ton as well. You got it!!

Whenever I need motivation to lose weight I hang an outfit on my wall that I want to wear but it’s currently too tight. Looking at it frequently is motivating, it can be a professional outfit or sexy, up to you

Hi! If you want to make a change for you, here are some things I’ve done that helped me. Add protein and Whole Foods to your diet and eat those first, then eat whatever else you brought. This helps you to change your eating habits without starving yourself. Prioritize water. Any water. If you have a desk job, get a walking pad, or start walking in the evenings at least 45 min with a weighted vest. You could also try Ascend in town! Be disciplined, try not to mindlessly snack, but be good to u.
