What are good budget friendly hearty healthy meals for non-meal plan people? I have five foods on rotation right now… not very appetizing anymore

I made some air-fried diced potatoes with low-fat taco meat and eggs today and it was pretty awesome. Very filling and the only kind of bad part is the taco seasoning (sodium), dumb easy to make w just one pan. If you are less lazy than me you could throw in a bunch of veggies (peppers, onion, tomatoes/salsa, maybe mushrooms/spinach if that’s your thing)

My fav meal rn is ground beef, diced sweet potatoes in air fryer, elote (I don’t put all the ingredients in it tbh but do what you like) and instead of mayo and sour cream I use cottage cheese

I also love sushi bowls - chicken/shrimp/fish whatever meat you want with Teryaki sauce, sticky rice with, edemamme, diced carrots, onions, and egg mixed in. If you want to be fancy I crumble up some seaweed paper to add in

My “lazy” meal is rice, ground beef, cheese, and some sort of veggie on top, usually corn. I buy a big pack of ground beef and cook it all and then put it in ziploc bags and freeze it and pop one out when I need it

Potatoes: $.6, beef: $5, eggs: $.125, cheese (less healthy): $.5 total: ~$6.25 Note most of these came in bigger quantities so I divided
