Fuck daylight savings I try to change one clock and it’s stuck on military time. I have no clue how to change it back to actual regular normal time reading easy time. Ughhh

So first you convert to base 13, then multiply by a random number and add 34 twice.

8am would be 8am..

so when it’s 24:45 at midnight, -12 then you get 12:45

That sentence right there just confuse me even more. Now we had to bring a math into this.

i’ll try one more time and if you can’t get this then idk youtube’s problem. so, let’s call our typical system of keeping time T (for typical time). So, until 12pm, the hours are completely the same. it’s just that after that, soldiers didn’t want to look at their watch and not know if it was am or pm. so instead of repeating numbers, they just kept going until 24. for example, 20:00 in T is 8:pm, because 20-12=8. then, it just resets to 1am right along with us, hope this helps!

24 divided by 12 is 2. Normal easy time is just cutting military time in half

Think of a big circle numbered 1 to 24 along the outside

Then slice it straight down the middle into two half-circles that each go 1-12

So in normal time, after 12 noon the first half-circle ends and we start at one on the second half-circle. In military time, instead of doing that you just keep going around to 13! So 13 in military time is 1pm in normal time
