Ik it’s not right but I starve myself I think my bf is falling out of love with me or cheating (I’m overweight) and I keep walking up on the middle of the night bc my blood sugar drops and naturally wakes me. Does anyone have any advice for things that 1/

Girl…just stop…talk to him first and see where things are. If they don’t align then leave and lose weight HEALTHY for YOURSELF. No man is worth impacting your health or mental health. Just find clarity beautiful❤️

i can promise you he is NOT worth that. NO man or PERSON is ever worth harming yourself if you have to change yourself for someone it is NEVER worth it

2/ make you feel full and not dizzy that don’t feel impossible to eat (I’ve been drinking a lot of water and gum and try to incorporate egg whites and I still feel like shit)

As everyone else says, your man probably isn’t worth it. But also I’m glad you’re drinking a lot of water. I’d be a bit careful if you’re chewing gum constantly bc the stomach acid that produces won’t have any food to go after, so it can build up and over time might give you ulcers (so I’ve heard, I’m not a doctor). Please make sure that at the very least you’re getting you vitamins and protein. Also, again, he’s not worth torturing yourself!! Eating disorders can have long term consequences!
