A lot of the job scarcity is due to trump getting rid of a ton of federal employees btw. It drastically increased competitive pressure on the job market. It’s important that we connect cause and effect of federal actions so we can avoid this in the future

It’s also all these fake job postings that aren’t even real jobs, they’re just to collect your information and sell it. Which is also due to lack federal actions, and lack of action from the job posting websites, we could/should have employees regulating this. A lot of jobs also just leave postings up for when they need it filled in a couple months because of high turnover rate. And some jobs have literally just blacklisted Gen Z. And more jobs only hire within/through reference. Rough out there
