I’ve been overweight for most of my life and I have terrible proportions I can’t really do much at the moment because I’m busy with studying and I just feel so insecure and ugly. I wish I was naturally just beautiful. Any advice? Pls don’t be mean.

Good advice someone told me: Drs say it’s more important to incorporate the healthy things (diet and exercise) than it is to fully cut out the bad stuff (junk food, super sedentary lifestyle). Pick the healthier choice as often as possible you WILL see a difference

I would get a personal trainer and just start with one or 2 days per week. Once you start you’ll want to do more

You might have cushings or you just need to exercise

I have also been overweight my WHOLE life, and I’m sick of being reduced to calories in calories out when I am more than that. The way I was treated for being fat in my childhood did not prepare me as an adult. Being banned from “junk food” my whole childhood led to me not knowing how to do anything in moderation. Once I got a liscense and my own money I was free to try all the things I had been denied my whole life i just wish someone was competent enough to help me when I was so young

Lowkey I’m built like this^ 😭 but I’ve always gotten the huzz cause I have crazy charisma and a decent face but like I just hate the way I’m built

Make sure you get your hormones checked including stress hormones to make sure nothing is wrong. Then eating healthy and exercising consistently don’t try overdoing it in either of these areas in the beginning just build consistency. Educate yourself on what fuel your body needs. But yeah first I’d see a doctor just to make sure everything is all good

Start small, change some foods and frequency. Increase activity a little bit.
