How can I have a disease/STD if I’m a virgin and wasn’t born with one? Please can someone answer me that. I lie and tell people I’m not a virgin just to see their reaction. Everyone falls for it just like they fell for the “I’m a virgin” bit via ex roomie

I mean. Many STDs are also spread through fluids exchanged, particularly blood. You can be a virgin but get something like HIV from sharing needles with someone, for example.
