If genitals don’t define your gender, how come removing them affirms it?

the whole point is that genitals are physical, i.e. a part of your biological sex, which is not the same as your gender

Gender and sex are not the same- neither are binary nor immutable. Some people need their body to be changed to reflect their sex, others don’t. GAC differs for everyone, and far more cis people rely on it than do trans people.

Gender affirming care is more than just that. Viagra for erectile disfunction. Breast augmentations.

Separating gender and sex is stupid. Most languages don’t even F with that dumbassery

Hair removal and styling, even, can fall into it. Protein diets to aid in body building. It’s incredibly diverse because every single person is different!

Cool, many do. Even then, languages can all convey the same information— how that’s done is all that really differs.
