okay so i have been meal prepping for a little, but i am kind of struggling. i keep making food that looks good, but when it comes down to it i don’t like it, or its too big of a portion. does anyone have any tips or recs for these issues?
Meal prep separate ingredients and do the toppings/sauce depending on what you want that day. Also food really shouldn’t be left in the fridge for that long you could try freezing meals

i only prep for 2 days at a time bc i’m terrified of food poisoning
